President Steve Densley introduced today's speaker, Gary Garrett, vice-president of Nu Skin International, who spoke about the new building they currently have under construction in downtown Provo. Nu Skin has been in their current 9-story headquarters tower for many years. Plans for this new building evolved over over a few years from a small facility for their IT department to a grand new building which will more than double the size of their office space. When completed in 2013, the company will move 400 employees from their facility in East Bay to the downtown campus.
Matt Burke
Assisted by Matt Burke, Global Director of Facilities, Gary displayed several charts with floor plans then showed a short video (below) which shows more of the building's plans and is narrated by Nu Skin's principals, Blake Roney and Steve Lund.
The company has recently completed purchase of the remainder of the block on which the new building is located (between 100 and 200 East and Center Street and 100 South) and has developed a master plan for future development of the campus.
