Bulletin for November 13, 2014

Upcoming Rotary Programs November 20th - Mike Mann Report of Provo Rotary Meeting Held November 13, 2014 President Ricky Hood  conducted today's meeting.   Jill Moon  lead the singing of the Nation Anthem and conducted the Pledge of Allegiance with  Ron Roberts  accompanying the National Anthem on the piano.  Following the pledge,  Greg Hudnall  gave the opening prayer.  Guests were introduced, and Clark Merkley  performed the Sgt. at Arms duties for the day. SPEAKER Speaker  Kye Miner  spoke on the large number of benefits that Intermountain Health Care provided to the community and the reasons for their non-profit status.  She spoke of their charitable assistance options available to patients unable to pay for their medical bills, and other ways that IHC gives back to the community.

Upcoming Rotary Programs November 13, 2014 Report of Provo Rotary Meeting Held October 30, 2014 President Ricky Hood  conducted today's meeting.   Jill Moon  lead the singing of the Nation Anthem and conducted the Pledge of Allegiance with  Ron Roberts  accompanying the National Anthem on the piano.  Following the pledge,  Carol Walker  gave the opening prayer.  A number of guests were introduced, including several potential members (welcome Adam, Paul, and Vic), and there was no Chaplain report.  Sgt. at Arms duties were done by  Clark Merkley . SPEAKER The speaker this week was Tracy Heiner, who spoke on IHC's 100 day heart challenge, and the benefits that can accrue in 100 days from healthy eating, regular exercise, and wisdom concerning our physical health.  Her presentation was enlightening, and we all felt guilty for enjoying the delicious birthday cake that was served.

Upcoming Rotary Programs November 6, 2014 Report of Provo Rotary Meeting Held October 30, 2014 President Ricky Hood  conducted today's meeting.   Jill Moon  lead the singing of the Nation Anthem and conducted the Pledge of Allegiance with  Ron Roberts  accompanying the National Anthem on the piano.  Following the pledge,  Ron Pugh  gave the opening prayer.  Guests were introduced, and there was no Chaplain report.  Sgt. at Arms duties were done by Linda Pemberton  who asked questions concerning baseball. SPEAKER There was no speaker this week, to allow time for the roundtable discussing ideas for service and direction for the club.
