Dean Jackson and Jill Moon.  Report of the Provo Rotary Club meeting held October 21, 2010 The Rotary luncheon was held at the Provo Downtown Marriott Hotel. President Steve Tolley conducted the meeting. Jill Moon lead and Ron Roberts accompanied the singing of the Anthem and Pledge. Steve Densley offered an invocation. President Steve Tolley presented a check for $1,000 to Ray Beckham representing the Crandall Printing Museum. This is a gift from the Provo Rotary Charitable Foundation. Ray invited everyone to take a tour of the museum, a jewel in the heart of downtown Provo. President Steve Tolley announced that the Rotary license plates will be available beginning January , 2011. Anyone who registers a car after that date may obtain one. Proceeds will go to the district. Greg Hudnall served as sergeant. Jill Moon introduced two Rotarians who spoke about their professions: •Dean Jackson is known as a local protestant minister and past Rotary District Governor for Uta

Report of the Provo Rotary Club meeting held October 7, 2010 The Rotary luncheon was held at the Provo Downtown Marriott Hotel. President Steve Tolley conducted the meeting. Jill Moon lead and Ron Roberts accompanied the singing of the Anthem and Pledge. Merrill Hymas offered and invocation. Birthdays were celebrated for those with birthdays in October: Carl Berg, Curt Bramble, Steve Covey, Bruce Gilchrist, Joey Hansen, Vaughn Park, and Bonnie Wallace. President Steve Tolley announced that the board has donated $1,000 to the Utah National Parks Council of the BSA for a table of 8 at their annual celebrity auction and dinner on November 5, plus $500 to the Boys and Girls Club for a table of 8 at their annual auction and November 19. Any club members who would care to attend either of these functions is invited to sit at the club’s table at no cost. Please contact Stan Miller (371-0400) to make reservations.
