Report of Provo Rotary Meeting Held March 26, 2015

President Elect David Rogers conducted today's meeting.  The pledge was handled by President Hood and Julie Bolton led the music. Steve Tolley gave the opening prayer. Sgt. at Arms duties were performed by David Rogers. No Chaplain report was made.
Ron Pugh presented his wife Linda as a guest, and Steve Tolley presented his wife Tammy as well.  David Rogers then turned the time over to Alan Roberts.

SPEAKER


Alan Roberts spoke on the history surrounding the Salamander Letter and Mark Hoffman.  He spoke of the background of the people involved, why the bombings took place, and what impact the events happened had on the community. He also spoke about the players in the situation, and what had become of them since.  He spoke on Mark Hoffman's history, and how he became the person he became.

August 20, 2107 Odell Miner Today we heard from Odell Miner, a candidate for Provo Mayor. Odell took questions from the group and talked a lot about the greatest asset that Provo has is its human capital; the people that live here.
