Today's
meeting was held at Riverside Country Club. President Vaughn Park
conducted with Jill Moon and Ron Roberts providing the music. An invocation was
offered by Gary Wiest.

Guests included Elizabeth Beesley, wife of Nathan Beesley; Rich Ferguson of the Provo Police, guest of Chief Rick Gregory; Russ Billings, guest of Dean Jackson; and Megan Decker, visiting Rotarian.
Birthdays were celebrated for those with October birthdays: Quent Bates (30th), Carl Berg (23rd), Bruce Gilchrist (10th), Darrell Jakins (13th), Vaughn Park (26th), and Les Smith (27th).
Strat Wendelboe is in the Stonehenge rehabilitation facility in Orem.
At today's board meeting the club's officers and directors authorized the purchase of a table for dinner on Tuesday, October 16th at Heritage School's annual gala, and one on Friday, November 16th for the annual BSA gala. If you're interested in attending either or both, please notify Stan Miller.
It's time for the annual dictionary project. Pasting stickers on the dictionaries will take place Friday morning, October 12 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the school district offices. Sign-ups for dictionary distribution will be at the next club meeting.

Ancestry.com. There are 1,000 employees worldwide, 38,000,000 family
trees with 2,000,000 subscribers. Millions more people use the free
services provided by Ancestry on line. Here are some slides from the
