Upcoming Provo Rotary Luncheon Programs and Events January 17: Jose Enriquez, Latinos in Action Meet in the regular place at Riverside Country club January 24: Dick Harmon, sports columnist for the Deseret News January 31: Gary Hebert, Governor of Utah Report of Provo Rotary Luncheon Meeting January 10, 2013 The club met for lunch at the Eldred Center, Provo's traditional senior center, which is being closed next week. It will be torn down to make way for parking for the new Recreation Center which is nearing completion. Provided by Marvellous Catering President Vaughn Park conducted the meeting. He mentioned the Hiroshima Peace Forum tour which is being organized for Utah. Time is running out to join. Brent pointed out that the primary purpose of the building is to:   1. Elevate the human spirit, 2. Create a location of which the community could be proud, and 3. Build partnerships. They operate on a shoestring with VERY limited resources. The building is actually very nice, made possible by donations from many people and businesses.
