Report of the Provo Rotary Club meeting November 18, 2010
The Rotary luncheon was held at the Provo Downtown Marriott Hotel. President Steve Tolley conducted the meeting. Jill Moon lead and Ron Roberts accompanied the singing of the Anthem and Pledge. Julie Bolton offered an invocation.

Guests:
  • Ron Pugh introduced Dr. Wendell Fackrell
  • Tom Powell introduced his guest, former Provo Rotarian, Les Smith.
Tomorrow night, November 19, is the annual Boys and Girls club fund-raising banquet and auction. There is still room at the Rotary Club's table for two people.

The Salt Lake Rotary Club is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.




Steve Sabins read a large thank-you note from the Provo School District's third-grade classes for the gift of dictionaries donated this past month.

Andy Anderson served as sergeant and gave away tickets to an upcoming UVU basketball game. He also conducted a singing contest. What was that all about?

There was no speaker. Rotarians enjoyed visiting with each other.
