Report of Provo Rotary Meeting Held September 12, 2013
Today's meeting was held at the Riverside Country Club at Noon with President Glen Zaugg conducting. Ron Roberts provided dinner music. The opening prayer was offered by Tom Powell. It was announced that Stan Miller former Exec. Director of Provo Rotary had received a mission call from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to serve as a humanitarian missionary with his wife in Budapest, Hungary. Sergeant duties were handled by Nathan Beesley.

Jeff Alexander introduced Pete Codella, a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist working for Jeff at Alexander's Print Advantage. Pete discussed Social Media Marketing for Business. He shared ideas of how to use Social Media to increase business opportunities and connect with new people. He shared "The 5 Minute Social Media Check-in" see handout below and shared other ideas to help us be for effective with our use of Social Media. That is something all business need to be aware of and participate in if they want to be successful in today's world.
