Luncheon Meeting held October 6, 2011
Today's luncheon meeting was held at Riverside Country
Club. President Steve Densley conducted with Ron
Roberts at the piano and Jill Moon leading the crowd
in singing the Anthem and reciting the Pledge. An invocation
was offered by Bruce Gilchrist.
Guests: Paul Warner introduced his co-worker Doreen from the Freedom Festival. Quent Bates welcomed his son-in-law Scott Kirkland,General Manager of Riverside Country Club. Terry Richardson was in attendance representing the Boy Scouts. Brenton Webb, a member of the Draper Riverton Rotary Club, was attending.
President Steve Densley made presentations from the club's charitable foundation to Terry Richardson of the Utah National Parks Council as our club's contribution to their council's annual fund-raising gala next week. Awards were also made to Andy Anderson as a gift to the Boys and Girls Club for their annual fund-raising event, and to Dr. Ron Pugh to support his annual humanitarian efforts in Mexico.

President Steve Densley inducted Quent Bates as a new member of the Provo Rotary Club. Phil Barker inducted Victoria Garrow as a new member of the club also.
Andy Anderson served as sergeant raising a few dollars for the club's charitable foundation.
Paul Warner introduced today's speaker, Mark Philbrick, BYU photographer for the past thirty-five years, who showed many wonderful photographs from his time at BYU including football, student life, new buildings, fascinating visitors, and much more.
