At Provo Rotary this week our very own club member, Charlotte Clark, spoke with us about her employer, Squire. She informed us about the ins and outs of the Squire financial services offered as well as many of the fun things they do and how most of their employees volunteer in the community. Our speaker this week was Sven Wilson, professor and chair of the Political Science Department at BYU.  Sven is also the visionary and founder of the Character First movement as highlighted on the Doug Wright show on KSL radio . For this week's meeting,  Sven focused his thoughts on rejecting the populist movement circulating in today's politics and spoke about the necessity of a strong leader who shows compassion and isn't afraid to admit when he or she is wrong. Just another way to keep politics civil and promote goodwill in all aspects of life.
